Managing Director

I have been a Nurse for over 30 years. In 1985 I was one of the first Occupational Health Nurses to be appointed by the MOD to help RAF stations develop and implement hearing conservation for both Air and Ground crew. For many years I worked in various industries providing a service that ranged from ‘factory nurse’ to Occupational Health Consultant. When I started this company in 2001 I wanted to deliver occupational health that I could be proud of and provide a range of services that companies found useful and helpful in their business. Over the years I have realised that what underpins organisational health & wellbeing is emotional intelligence and resilient people. For this reason my company is committed to promoting and importing both into the workplace. I am the sort of woman that does not follow where the path may lead, I go instead where there is no path and I hope I will leave a trail.

One day I will...
...learn to sail and navigate the Lake district in a day boat.
